I would like to thank you for this wonderful experience. Until now, I had never thought that photography could be a part of an inner transformation, a tool for getting to know oneself better, or even a kind of psychotherapy, equal to ir or perhaps at times surpassing it. After all, no one else will do the work for us – learn to know, to accept yourself, to forgive yourself, to nurture and to love yourself. Photography can be a new, creative way to do this. Ultimately, isn’t that the most important thing in life – learn to understand my nature and to realize what my life’s purpose is, why I am here in this world, the way I am.

During this mindfulness and photography course, I came to understand that silence is not an absence, but a presence. I discovered that when the external noise stops, something deeply human happens: my inner voice emerges. That space of stillness allowed me to realize how often I live on autopilot—responding without thinking, walking without seeing, breathing without feeling. Silence became a doorway to remembering that I, too, exist when I stop running.

I’ve taken plenty of photography courses, and this is the first time I’ve come across this intersection between photography and spirituality, photography and personal growth. I think it’s wonderful. I congratulate and encourage you, and I thank you—because this is exactly what I needed in my life, even though I didn’t know it. The course is exactly what you describe and promise—and so much more. Thank you for that!

This course taught me that calm is not something you find outside—it’s something you train. You cultivate it. You practice it. And that both mindfulness and photography are paths that lead to the same place: presence, sensitivity, and authenticity. Looking outward also helps you look inward. Breathing brings you back. And each moment, no matter how small, can reveal something that might have gone unnoticed.
I take with me the certainty that silence is essential, presence is a gift, and mindfulness is a way of living with deeper meaning, greater connection, and more truth.

I recently completed Photography to Get to Know Yourself and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The content is thoughtfully curated, rich and engaging without feeling overwhelming. I particularly appreciated discovering new photographic works, which broadened my perspective, and the addition of music, which added an emotive and immersive dimension. The structured release of lessons is a fantastic idea, creating a sense of rhythm and anticipation that kept me eager for each new session. Overall, it’s a beautifully designed and well-executed course. Congratulations, and thank you!

I truly value this ongoing invitation to slow down, to pause and contemplate the everyday, to open my gaze to what surrounds me, to diversify my perspectives. Curiosity without judgment—a key element that has allowed me to sense what it might mean to “walk this path in freedom.”

Simple and deeply grateful for this transformation. I came with no expectations, guided by intuition, and I leave full of emotions and a longing to discover—and to discover myself. It truly helped me return to a beginner’s mind, that childlike curiosity where everything becomes magical and I allow myself to simply be—and above all, to truly be.

It has been a beautiful and best inspiring journey, I’ve learned to transform “bad” emotions by using my creativity, because I now give myself the allowance to be how I am in situation xy and to help myself by photografing.

I have felt an inward journey to capture from the soul. An open door to connect with the beauty of everyday life, with a slow and loving way of capturing the moment without forcing it. A reconnection with my own sensitivity, a well-held space, a way of meditating and being present, where the camera becomes an extension of one’s own emotion. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I’ve just finished this course and I’ve got to say I loved it so much!I’ve been photographer for over 30 years now and I saw this on Instagram and thought this is what I need to challenge me creatively and make me think a different way about what I take and how I take it …and about myself to👍📷🥰 Highly recommended… I took this and would have never of thought of it before the course🙌

This workshop has been one of my most enriching experiences, as it gave me an opportunity to explore my senses and capture the verbs related to the art of Loving. Also, with this workshop’s help, I could identify the love others express to me, accept it with gratitude and admiration, and reject what might seem like love but fails to hold its essence. In the course of this workshop, I could discover how I love and how I want to be loved. I loved it.

I thought I would find this workshop more difficult, but I didn’t… I flowed through it most easily. I didn’t focus on a romantic partner but on my family. And the experience has been very positive and enriching. For Action 15, Give time, I made a video of all my photos because I couldn’t even find the words. ANDANAFOTO… Thank you very much for everything. I found you at a challenging time in my life. And I think I’ve learned to recognize, accept, and channel my fears and feelings. I feel stronger and more capable and have developed the creativity I had kept hidden. I FEEL GREAT.

I thoroughly enjoyed doing this project. Some assignments took longer to process than others, so it was a great thing that I could do it at my own pace. It took me 3 months to complete! Looking back at some of the photos I am inspired to do them differently so maybe I can take the course again in the future.

You will always be the greatest gift I’ve ever given myself, and the fire you lit still burns in me 🔥 Knowing how to “hold a lens” means nothing if you don’t become part of the moment you’re capturing. There are thousands of free photography manuals online, but what you teach is how to truly live life—and that is priceless. With love, Heidy 💖

For me, photography is tied to what the image you capture makes you feel. The course was a wonderful journey, a little flame that lights up beautifully. The spiritual, the sublime, the profound—it’s not for everyone. Keep creating courses so full of all that, because it’s something the world truly needs.

Great experience. never have I had a “class” journey like this one….thank you!

The subjects I worked on and the entire concept helped me believe in myself more and trust my instincts, especially as a photographer. It rekindled my connection with photography and guided me to discover my own style. While I haven’t completed all the subjects yet, I intend to work through them at my own pace.

I have loved this course. While I’ve been a bit shy about tagging as much of my work as I had hoped (so others could see it), I want to express my gratitude. I’ve really enjoyed this experience.

It was an astonishing experience! I vividly recall seeing the advertisement at the year’s end and viewing it as an opportunity to break from my routine. However, I ended up surpassing that expectation: shattering paradigms, reshaping ideas, challenging beliefs, evolving pictures, and adopting novel methods to explore myself. I have always loved photography, but I’ve now come to recognize that there’s a deeper layer beyond just lighting, framing, and composition. It’s about the essence within the photo and the inspiration that drives the artist to craft such meaningful art. I loved it!

Starting from 11 o’clock, I eagerly awaited my message, knowing it was coming. The instructions consistently brought me happiness and a sense of surprise. These messages became my main motivation throughout the pandemic, especially during the challenging month of January, which felt like the end of the world and when regular gatherings and holidays were barely recognizable. Encouraging our imagination has been the most significant gift you’ve given us. Thank you so much, and I already find myself longing for more. Thank you.
Thank you.

This course unveiled to me the process of accepting myself and rediscovering freedom. It amplifies the way you look at things without adhering to stereotypes. Objects transform into subjects. It has enabled me to express my sensual side without society’s imposed sexual connotations. I now live and appreciate my body, thoughts, and how I perceive life’s internal and external elements. This opportunity serves as a reminder of the numerous people we love and who love us. Just like a cherished keepsake, it reminds us of our unique journeys. My days have become filled with vivid colors, images, and beauty. Thank you.
Thank you.

I am so grateful for this experience. I value genuine dedication and support in guiding individuals, whether embarking on their initial photographic journey or already acquainted with lighting and composition. I extend my gratitude for offering a fresh perspective on photography – an approach that’s both accessible and yet presents its own set of challenges. I wait anxiously for the new courses to get to know myself better and enjoy other people’s photography around the world like me.

It is so lovely when someone helps you collect everything inside you. For me, this experience felt like a rediscovery. Thank you so much!

I’m deeply grateful for this experience. It came at a time when I truly needed it. It helped me reconnect with myself and find small pockets of calm amidst the chaos. Thank you for holding such a deeply human space.

The experience came to me at the right time and was a good companion in another process of personal reconnection. It was a perfect tandem because it allowed me to capture many self-knowledge realizations and reflections in images. And I rediscovered tastes I had somewhat stored away: my dream of theater or my interest in photography and the visual. Each audio was a revealing opportunity to play and create. Thank you very much. And I hope to join another workshop soon. A huge hug from Chile 🙂

I found it extremely profound and wonderful because it is a fusion of photography, which is my passion, with getting to know myself and being able to express myself openly. Now, I know I can do it without limiting myself further. The paths are infinite. I have fallen more in love with photography; it means expression and creativity.

ANDANAfoto helped me discover more things about my personality that I didn’t know, such as that I have much more creativity than I thought and much more imagination than I believed. I enjoyed it a lot, so much that I easily found the time to do it, and I could let go. My shyness seems to be diminishing, or so I think. I had a very good experience and plan to repeat it now. Thanks for everything. And thank you very much for this beautiful and precious project. I highly recommend it to everyone. It’s the best photography course I’ve ever taken. THANK YOU. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

A marvelous experience! It has allowed me to contemplate matters and dismantle any fears or barriers. I’ve gained insights into myself and the world around me. This experience has been entirely novel and fulfilling. It is great knowing I’m not the only crazy one, hahaha. Thank you so much, ANDANAfoto.

It was a great experience; it informed my practice and helped me open up to new ideas while revisiting old ones from new angles. And I loved the artist’s inspirations; education on other artists’ works is very important! The songs were a fun addition as well.

Hello! I found this journey to be amazing. This year, I chose to spend December 31st alone, away from family and friends. This course helped me better understand myself and recognize how I used activities to mask certain aspects. I learned to acknowledge my viewpoints and thoughts. While I couldn’t complete all the exercises, I intend to take my time over the upcoming days to work through them. Thank you so much! This experience has been beautiful.
