Embark on a journey to explore all your roles, embracing the joy of being free and authentic.
Embark on a journey to explore all your roles, embracing the joy of being free and authentic.
Start: September 2, 2026.
First edition.
Workshop taught in English.
Through artistic creation, we interpret, discover, illuminate, and learn who we are. When we face ourselves, we get to realize that what we seek is already within us.
We face existence as we are, performing each day on the grand stage of life without rehearsal, playing the role we’ve created or the one society, family, or school has created for us. It’s the role we know by heart, though we’ve never rehearsed it.
What if, for a moment, we had the opportunity to create other roles, other relationships, situations, and acts? It’s not about becoming the ideal we imagine, nor living up to the ideal others have imagined for us. It’s about being who we truly are in every moment, stepping away from roles and stereotypes, and giving ourselves permission to discover ourselves in new characters that can lead us into other dimensions of life.
With the guidance of Toni Saurina and Amparo Muñoz Morellà, you will find all the fantasy and imagination you need to feel, create, and shape that new version of yourself, the role you’ve always desired but never dared to play. Because here, it’s all about daring, about giving yourself the gift of new experiences. Dare to take on the personal challenge of pushing yourself to become a more creative, bold, and unique individual.
In this training, within safe spaces and the intimacy of your own process, you’ll discover that photography and performance are tools for personal exploration and for finding courage and confidence.
Embark on a journey to explore all your roles, embracing the joy of being free and authentic.

What People Have to Say
I recently completed Photography to Get to Know Yourself and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The content is thoughtfully curated, rich and engaging without feeling overwhelming. I particularly appreciated discovering new photographic works, which broadened my perspective, and the addition of music, which added an emotive and immersive dimension. The structured release of lessons is a fantastic idea, creating a sense of rhythm and anticipation that kept me eager for each new session. Overall, it’s a beautifully designed and well-executed course. Congratulations, and thank you!
I’ve just finished this course and I’ve got to say I loved it so much!I’ve been photographer for over 30 years now and I saw this on Instagram and thought this is what I need to challenge me creatively and make me think a different way about what I take and how I take it …and about myself to👍📷🥰 Highly recommended… I took this and would have never of thought of it before the course🙌
I loved it all! The invitations for self-observation, engaging with photography, discovering artists, exploring musical landscapes, and participating in a format that encourages the freedom to exhibit and share experiences on Instagram. And, above all, the introspective journey you have guided us through with great affection. I really enjoyed photography as a therapeutic and artistic tool. I would highly recommend this experience. I would love to repeat it!
I am passionate about photography, and giving myself permission to take different, intimate photos, which only I understand, helped me to further reinforce the internal process in each of AMAR’s actions. I gave myself this platform as a gift, fully intending to do every activity for myself and with myself, becoming the loved one. I enjoyed all the proposed activities.
I am just delighted. I took a lot away from the AMAR experience; I enjoyed it. The teacher’s voice is a caress to the soul. It helped me learn to value myself and share with my husband. I made him part of the experience. We enjoyed it together; we experienced it together. I loved him more for doing it with me. I discovered his sensitivity and love for me. The truth is I was moved by how he participated with me. What did it mean for him? I’m going to ask him.
This workshop has been one of my most enriching experiences, as it gave me an opportunity to explore my senses and capture the verbs related to the art of Loving. Also, with this workshop’s help, I could identify the love others express to me, accept it with gratitude and admiration, and reject what might seem like love but fails to hold its essence. In the course of this workshop, I could discover how I love and how I want to be loved. I loved it.
I thought I would find this workshop more difficult, but I didn’t… I flowed through it most easily. I didn’t focus on a romantic partner but on my family. And the experience has been very positive and enriching. For Action 15, Give time, I made a video of all my photos because I couldn’t even find the words. ANDANAFOTO… Thank you very much for everything. I found you at a challenging time in my life. And I think I’ve learned to recognize, accept, and channel my fears and feelings. I feel stronger and more capable and have developed the creativity I had kept hidden. I FEEL GREAT.
The course can be as nourishing and profound as we desire. In my case, I’d wait those three days of the week to receive the audio clips with the photo links and the song recommendations. The audio clips are phenomenal!!! The narration is very well done, incorporating different angles and introducing renowned figures from diverse fields. These are really a few minutes to yourself. You can enjoy them like you would enjoy having a glass of wine with your best friend! Besides, the activities are gloriously fun. Sharing photos and/or messages with others is captivating. You can’t even imagine how pleasurable this course can be.
Allowing myself to get naked on the inside and the outside with your help has been wonderful. I find it hard to believe all the good that you have invited me to get out from inside. Above all, to show it naturally and admire the beauty of it… of myself. I have always noticed the beauty of bodies, of everyone, because they are all beautiful, but I could not see my own beauty.
EROS has been a transformative training experience. It has helped me conquer fears and gain a clearer perspective on myself. It has given me valuable resources for both personal and professional growth. The content and methodology are excellent. When you take on a challenge, even if it seems simple, it can lead to significant personal, emotional, and sexual transformation. The truth is, I really enjoyed it and highly recommend it.
I took this course because it’s been a while since I’ve felt fulfilled with my self-esteem. My eroticism seemed taboo to me, and I felt not wanted enough by my partner and myself. This course has made me proud of who I am and what I want. It has been a journey through photo artists, recommended music, and, above all, my true desires and emotions. Listening to the audio clips every night was comforting, especially during difficult times. I am truly grateful for the affection and care poured into this course.
I loved it. The audio clips were very good. They were concise but had a lot of important information. The artists were amazing. The recommended music was great. It was a whole cultural and introspective journey. Overall, it has increased my ability to look at others and myself from a much kinder and more empathetic perspective toward myself, my natural environment, and those around me. The photographs taken by my fellow participants were full of talent. Thank you.
Great experience. never have I had a “class” journey like this one….thank you!
Every training opportunity promises change. Through the comprehensive approach and the suggested activities paired with a loving and clear process evident in every aspect, I have gained a profound understanding of human behavior. I could break free from old paradigms that had been holding me back. I feel complete. Thank you for transforming my gaze. Until next time!
The subjects I worked on and the entire concept helped me believe in myself more and trust my instincts, especially as a photographer. It rekindled my connection with photography and guided me to discover my own style. While I haven’t completed all the subjects yet, I intend to work through them at my own pace.
I have loved this course. While I’ve been a bit shy about tagging as much of my work as I had hoped (so others could see it), I want to express my gratitude. I’ve really enjoyed this experience.
It’s not just the course. It’s what comes next. Your generosity is great and awakens my desire to keep going and somehow give back what I have learned. To you or somebody else. It’s not a course; it’s a wave that keeps spreading. Letting go is our responsibility. This course offers you an experience. Be open to whatever happens. Before pressing the button, a photograph is created by constructing a gaze. Our best gaze requires our best version. Photography also entails getting ready for our best gaze.
It was an astonishing experience! I vividly recall seeing the advertisement at the year’s end and viewing it as an opportunity to break from my routine. However, I ended up surpassing that expectation: shattering paradigms, reshaping ideas, challenging beliefs, evolving pictures, and adopting novel methods to explore myself. I have always loved photography, but I’ve now come to recognize that there’s a deeper layer beyond just lighting, framing, and composition. It’s about the essence within the photo and the inspiration that drives the artist to craft such meaningful art. I loved it!
I was impressed by the methodology used in the teaching-learning process. Incorporating psychology into the activities added significant value, facilitating my self-reflection, self-knowledge, and decision-making. Thank you very much for such a beautiful and unforgettable experience. I look forward to participating in another one of your courses. Thank you, Amparo and the ANDANA team, for your enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment.
The experience with the Andanafoto workshops brings joy. When you can no longer find answers on the outside, you are “forced” to change your focus, and there it is! Inside, intimately, where you don’t look because you don’t remember to, because you are too busy with other things, because you are terrified to look there, because you are ashamed, you don’t like it, because it hurts, because you don’t even think about looking there. And you realize there is much more than you think in your surroundings, everyday life, body, mind, and spirit. And, by the way, there’s beauty. And, above all, you have fun. I will stay with Andanafoto for a while longer. Thank you.
I loved the workshop. Through this very different experience, I learned about edge photography work, themes, and techniques. It was also very personal, innovative, and creative, as well as very well-planned and directed. The experience helped me a lot in my personal life. The workshop was excellent!! It was also straightforward and practical for those of us who are not photography professionals. Congratulations.
Quiet, deep, charming, motivating, seductive. Disconnecting from the external to connect to the internal, the intimate, and what is silent. An opportunity to live and feel through oneself and others, knowing that everything is possible, beautiful, and respected.
Once again, it has been a pleasure to share another experience with ANDANA. Your approach is consistently infused with joy, and the resulting enjoyment becomes a powerful surge of energy and motivation. There is always an opportunity to reflect and take action. And, of course, I love how the experience involves all senses. No detail goes overlooked, and the passion and love for what you do is evident. I am so grateful to have coincided with you on my journey!
Starting from 11 o’clock, I eagerly awaited my message, knowing it was coming. The instructions consistently brought me happiness and a sense of surprise. These messages became my main motivation throughout the pandemic, especially during the challenging month of January, which felt like the end of the world and when regular gatherings and holidays were barely recognizable. Encouraging our imagination has been the most significant gift you’ve given us. Thank you so much, and I already find myself longing for more. Thank you.
Thank you.
This course unveiled to me the process of accepting myself and rediscovering freedom. It amplifies the way you look at things without adhering to stereotypes. Objects transform into subjects. It has enabled me to express my sensual side without society’s imposed sexual connotations. I now live and appreciate my body, thoughts, and how I perceive life’s internal and external elements. This opportunity serves as a reminder of the numerous people we love and who love us. Just like a cherished keepsake, it reminds us of our unique journeys. My days have become filled with vivid colors, images, and beauty. Thank you.
Thank you.
I am so grateful for this experience. I value genuine dedication and support in guiding individuals, whether embarking on their initial photographic journey or already acquainted with lighting and composition. I extend my gratitude for offering a fresh perspective on photography – an approach that’s both accessible and yet presents its own set of challenges. I wait anxiously for the new courses to get to know myself better and enjoy other people’s photography around the world like me.
It’s been a long time since I took a workshop that was agile, dynamic, interesting, profound, and creative at the same time! The prompts sparked a lot of interest and inspiration, motivating me to keep contemplating new photographic projects. I was also very interested in the path of self-exploration we were taking… Again, congratulations and thanks!
It is so lovely when someone helps you collect everything inside you. For me, this experience felt like a rediscovery. Thank you so much!
It was an intense yet profoundly beautiful experience. I felt very special. It has stirred a lot within me and altered my self-perception. I surprised myself in certain situations I didn’t expect to experience. I laughed, cried, and felt excited… I never felt alone, which was very nice. You’re great!!! The authors you always use as inspiration are very interesting and appropriate for the exercise. This project has just begun for me. I want to say thank you to Amparo and Javier because you are great and very professional. I would do it all over again tomorrow!!!
The experience was wonderful; I never want it to end. It helped me listen to myself and have moments exclusively for myself throughout the day. It’s like a form of meditation or a parallel universe of continuous and special learning. It has stirred me up in places within me I didn’t know I had, and it has been a source of motivation for me during the pandemic. It’s also amazing to see the work of different people on Instagram. Congratulations on your work. You are great.
I am super happy to have found this course. I thought it was by chance, but now I realize I was meant to find it. I’m looking forward to more! It went by quickly, and now I even think it was short. Thank you very much for everything!
This is an excellent course, extremely thorough. It introduces you to a world of thinking and thinking about yourself, both as an individual and as a photographer, through your unique and distinct gaze.
@lucianamicaelafotografa
The workshops are beautiful, and I will never tire of thanking you for everything you give us. They guide you with kindness and respect on the wonderful path of recognizing yourself and the astonishment of discovering yourself. Learning is invaluable. I am happy to have found you.
ANDANAfoto helped me discover more things about my personality that I didn’t know, such as that I have much more creativity than I thought and much more imagination than I believed. I enjoyed it a lot, so much that I easily found the time to do it, and I could let go. My shyness seems to be diminishing, or so I think. I had a very good experience and plan to repeat it now. Thanks for everything. And thank you very much for this beautiful and precious project. I highly recommend it to everyone. It’s the best photography course I’ve ever taken. THANK YOU. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
The courses they teach are extraordinary! I couldn’t be more grateful for everything I’ve learned. Thanks to ANDANAfoto, I’ve seen the perspective of the photography behind the photo, the inspiration, and intention behind it!
After leaving my activities with children due to work reasons, I looked for a way to continue working with them through photography, and this course has been perfect. The course is very thorough, and the Facebook group fills in any information gaps. You never stop learning. You learn about artists and games that you can apply, which is super enriching. After conducting my first workshop, I am happy to do what I love.
Investing time in getting to know myself a little more has undoubtedly been one of the best gifts I’ve ever given myself. It has allowed me to be more coherent, authentic, and kind to myself, providing a clearer understanding of who I am and expanding my consciousness. It has helped me better understand myself and the people I accompany in their therapeutic process, which brings me satisfaction. I feel grateful for everything I have experienced.
I haven’t completed the online course “Self-Knowledge Through Photography” yet, but I followed Amparo’s advice and started from the beginning, diligently completing all the exercises in order. Truth be told, something inside me has been changing. I feel more secure and stronger than ever before.
They are true professionals. The added value is that Amparo is wonderful with children. The children learned by enjoying themselves.
I totally recommend this course. I found things of myself that I knew they were there but I never think about it or maybe I never knew they were there.
A marvelous experience! It has allowed me to contemplate matters and dismantle any fears or barriers. I’ve gained insights into myself and the world around me. This experience has been entirely novel and fulfilling. It is great knowing I’m not the only crazy one, hahaha. Thank you so much, ANDANAfoto.
A friend recommended the course to me, and I didn’t know what to expect… I loved the concept, and doing it motivated me very much. It’s like going to therapy! When it ended, I felt sad knowing I would no longer receive the audio clips and ideas they gave us. However, I am happy to know they have more courses ❤️ Thanks for helping us discover the art living in us.
It was a great experience; it informed my practice and helped me open up to new ideas while revisiting old ones from new angles. And I loved the artist’s inspirations; education on other artists’ works is very important! The songs were a fun addition as well.

What specific training and experience does the trainer have?
Amparo Muñoz Morellà (Catarroja, 1973) is a licensed psychologist (CV05104), educator, and researcher with over 25 years of professional experience in psychosocial care through Spain’s Primary Social Services.
Throughout her career, she has supported hundreds of people facing extreme vulnerability, social exclusion, life crises, and natural disasters—always integrating a humanistic, respectful, and person-centered approach into her work. Her approach combines evidence-based psychology with creativity, art, and a deep connection to personal values.
She specializes in Mindfulness and Contextual Psychotherapies. She completed the Advanced University Program in Mindfulness for Children and Adults, as well as a master’s degree in Psychotherapy: Third-Generation Therapies at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR). This training allowed her to deepen her knowledge of models such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the integration of mindfulness into psychological, educational, and community support processes.
Since 2015, she has co-directed ANDANA—a pioneering initiative that brings together photography, psychology, and personal development. Through this platform, she has led workshops, courses, and conferences, as well as support processes for both individuals and professionals—including educators, social workers, and mental health practitioners. In her training programs, Amparo uses artistic tools—primarily photography—as a means of emotional expression, self-knowledge, stress regulation, and personal transformation.
Her methodology is experiential, creative, and accessible. She combines mindfulness exercises—such as conscious breathing, active listening, and embodied presence practices—with photography and writing prompts, allowing participants to look inward, reconnect with what truly matters, and develop self-care skills. Her workshops are designed to foster transformative experiences through conscious observation, contemplation, and visual storytelling—both individually and in group settings.
Amparo is currently conducting university research on the therapeutic benefits of using photography in processes of self-knowledge and emotional well-being. In her research project, titled Evaluating the Use of Photography as a Tool for Self-Knowledge and Well-Being within the Context of Third-Generation Therapies, she has designed, implemented, and evaluated a structured program that integrates mindfulness and photography practices. This research, grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness, uses internationally validated instruments to evaluate its impact.
In addition to her work as a psychologist and trainer, Amparo is the author of several books exploring the educational, emotional, and creative value of photography—including Photography to Grow: A Practical Guide for Teaching Photography to Children and Adolescents, Discover Photography: Look, Enjoy, and Create from Childhood, You Are What You Look At, and Photography to Get to Know Yourself. Origin. These publications are intended for both curious individuals and professionals, offering a unique perspective on photography—not as a technical skill but as a tool for personal exploration, emotional development, and transformation.
Amparo has trained teaching teams, therapists, social workers, youth facilitators, and cultural professionals in the use of photography and mindfulness as tools for intervention. She has also worked with adolescents and older adults in community, intergenerational, and recovery processes aimed at restoring well-being after experiences of adversity.
Her work is marked by sensitivity, closeness, professional rigor, and a deep confidence in the transformative power of the gaze. Participants in her training programs often highlight the warmth of her guidance, her ability to create safe and welcoming environments, and her skill in making complex concepts accessible through real-life experiences.
