This course unveiled to me the process of accepting myself and rediscovering freedom. It amplifies the way you look at things without adhering to stereotypes. Objects transform into subjects. It has enabled me to express my sensual side without society’s imposed sexual connotations. I now live and appreciate my body, thoughts, and how I perceive life’s internal and external elements. This opportunity serves as a reminder of the numerous people we love and who love us. Just like a cherished keepsake, it reminds us of our unique journeys. My days have become filled with vivid colors, images, and beauty. Thank you.

It’s been a long time since I took a workshop that was agile, dynamic, interesting, profound, and creative at the same time! The prompts sparked a lot of interest and inspiration, motivating me to keep contemplating new photographic projects. I was also very interested in the path of self-exploration we were taking… Again, congratulations and thanks!
It was an intense yet profoundly beautiful experience. I felt very special. It has stirred a lot within me and altered my self-perception. I surprised myself in certain situations I didn’t expect to experience. I laughed, cried, and felt excited… I never felt alone, which was very nice. You’re great!!! The authors you always use as inspiration are very interesting and appropriate for the exercise. This project has just begun for me. I want to say thank you to Amparo and Javier because you are great and very professional. I would do it all over again tomorrow!!!
The experience was wonderful; I never want it to end. It helped me listen to myself and have moments exclusively for myself throughout the day. It’s like a form of meditation or a parallel universe of continuous and special learning. It has stirred me up in places within me I didn’t know I had, and it has been a source of motivation for me during the pandemic. It’s also amazing to see the work of different people on Instagram. I recommend applying any technique of self-knowledge because I believe it is absolutely necessary. As for Getting to Know Yourself Through Photography, it has been like entering a world of very revealing images, which, when done seriously, can involve finding many surprises and reliving emotions and feelings. For example, in your family album. It has also been very enriching for my friends to send me the photos they took of me back in the day that I had not seen and others I did not remember. Seeing the passage of time and the transformation of my face and gaze. A job well done. In my opinion, the course is very, very thorough. It has been very enriching. It’s helped me open up, show myself to others, and look inward, focusing on the details I don’t usually look at. Having just ended a long-term relationship, I felt hesitant to work on Amar; however, freeing up and dedicating time to take care of and love myself and my environment has been very helpful.
