This is a public online space for the training Photography To Get To Know Yourself in which we seek to foster an environment of respect, empathy and mutual learning. The following rules will help us maintain a safe and enriching environment, please consult them before posting any content.
Course: Photography to Get to Know Yourself. October 2024
Rules of Use:
1. Respect and Empathy:
- Foster an environment of mutual respect. When commenting on the work of others, use a constructive and empathetic tone.
- Remember that each image reflects a part of someone’s personal process; treat other people’s experiences with care and consideration.
2. Focus on Self-Knowledge:
- Photographs must be related exclusively to the course exercises. Avoid uploading content that is not aligned with this purpose, such as photographs without a reflective or merely aesthetic approach.
3. Constructive Comments:
- If you decide to comment on an image, do so with the intention of adding value. Ask, suggest ideas or share your personal reflections, avoiding derogatory criticism or comparisons.
4. Public Space and Privacy:
- This is a public, online space in which each post is visible to other people. Avoid sharing information or details that may compromise your privacy or that of others.
- Do not share images created by other people without authorization. If you choose to upload images of other people, make sure you have their permission and that the image respects their privacy.
5. Authenticity and Honesty:
- Be honest and authentic in your posts. Share photos that truly reflect your personal process and experiences, without worrying about looking for a perfect aesthetic.
- Encourage other participants by being yourself, without trying to achieve ideals.
6. Image Description:
- Accompany each photograph with a brief description that explains its personal meaning or the thought process behind it. This helps others better understand the context of the image.
- If you prefer not to describe it, consider adding a title that allows others to reflect on the image.
7. Format:
- .JPG, .GIF, .PNG
- The maximum size at its longest edge is 1,600px
- The maximum image weight is 1Mb.
Note: All images and text that do not comply with the rules will be deleted.
