We live in a society full of haste and uncertainty; it’s time to offer metaphor and poetry, restore solidarity, and discover the loving relationships between things.

You already know the project GIFTS FROM THE STREET; it involves leaving a hat with a letter in a beautiful place in your city.
In the presence of beauty, one behaves not as a passive consumer but as an active and creative participant. In the presence of beauty, the soul is compelled to create something beautiful by itself.

If you want to be part of the project and the movement, follow these steps:
1. PREPARE THE LETTER
- Download and print the letter using this link: DOWNLOAD THE LETTER.
- Write your name or social media handles below at the end of the letter: “This hat is a gift from…”.
- Place this letter in a green envelope.
2. GET A HAT
- Buy or get a new hat; it must come with a tag. The hat doesn’t need to be the best, but make sure to choose one that is appealing.
- Make sure the hat is new so that whoever finds it knows it’s special.
3. ATTACH THE LETTER TO THE HAT
- Staple or glue the letter to the hat’s tag.
4. FIND THE BEST SPOT
- Choose a spot in your city that you like or is iconic.
- Leave the hat there with care and attention to make sure the wind doesn’t blow it away.
5. SHARE YOUR GIFT
- Make a short video as you leave the hat and take two photos of it at the location, one vertical and one horizontal. You can see some examples in @andanafoto’s highlighted stories here.
- Please send us the video and at least two photos via WhatsApp at +34 961 16 27 00 or by email to info@andanafoto.com, whichever is more convenient for you. Include your name and social media handles in your message so we can tag you when sharing your gift hat and adding it to the gallery.
- You can also share it on your social media using the hashtag #giftsfromthestreet (or #loquemeregalalacalle in Spanish) and tag us @andanafoto so we can share it.
