The exercises will support you and guide your gaze, allowing you to temporarily focus on what you are about to explore. Getting to know yourself through photography can only take place through autobiographical and intimate processes\u2014a space that belongs solely to you. Only you can make the interpretations, projections, and insights necessary for your work. If someone else were to do that interpretation for you, the process would no longer be yours, and it would lose its meaning.<\/p>\n

Keep in mind that the more explanations you receive, the less room there will be for your creativity and for your emotions to express themselves. It is very important that you feel free, that you let go of judgments about the images you create, and that everything\u2014absolutely everything\u2014you produce will be perfect, because it is yours and it comes from your gaze, not ours.<\/p>\n

However, if you ever feel stuck, I recommend listening to the audio again with headphones, in a calm place free from distractions. You\u2019ll find that images begin to appear naturally in your imagination\u2014and with that alone, you are already doing the work.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How can I share my experience?” css=”.vc_custom_1754068346351{padding-bottom: 10px !important;}”]You can find points of connection through images and words on Instagram. The name that will appear on the certificate is the one you wrote when you registered. When giving a training, the person receives a gift card via email.<\/p>\n
