Through our sexual choices\u2014defining our identities, actions, and desires\u2014we undergo personal transformation. During this training, you will have the opportunity to explore your eroticism within safe and private spaces. It will be like immersing yourself in your own sea\u2014swimming without fear and embracing your adulthood and freedom. You’ll navigate your body, emotions, and feelings with confidence and assurance.<\/span><\/p>\n

There is no fixed schedule. Once you have access to the content, you\u2019re free to enjoy the experience at your own pace.\u00a0You\u2019ll receive new material every two days<\/strong>\u2014including audio lessons, inspiring artists, photography prompts, and recommended music\u2014for a total of 15 challenges<\/strong>. Reading, listening to, and viewing each session\u2019s materials takes about 10\u201315 minutes. You decide when to go through them and when to create the suggested images.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Psychologist, educator, and researcher in photography and personal development.<\/strong> Co-director of ANDANA and creator of this experience.<\/p>\n

      Communicator with over 20 years of experience in community intervention and social integration through artistic tools. Her work focuses on exploring photography as a strategy to boost creativity, foster self-knowledge, and improve emotional well-being.<\/p>\n

      Through specialized training in Mindfulness for Children and Adults and a Master\u2019s Degree in Psychotherapy: Third-Generation Therapies<\/strong>, she has developed this innovative methodology that combines mindfulness and photography to foster introspection, authenticity, and personal transformation. Her work as a communicator extends through articles, courses, and masterclasses on the connection between psychology and the image.<\/p>\n

      In collaboration with Javier Sancho Boils, Amparo founded ANDANA, a project that combines photography and personal development. Since 2015, they have been leading workshops that use photography as a tool for personal and social development for various organizations and government entities.<\/p>\n
