Love, while deeply personal, is also a shared experience. It takes us on a journey, guiding us to the very essence of our emotions. Through the act of loving, we receive the precious gift of understanding others\u2014and begin a magical process of self-discovery. We may believe we\u2019re uncovering the depths of another person, only to realize we\u2019re actually discovering ourselves\u2014much like gazing at our reflection in a mirror.<\/p>\n

Through the art of photography and your unique way of loving, we offer you the chance to create a deeply personal and intimate experience. We won\u2019t give you advice. Instead, we\u2019ll focus on what truly matters: nurturing your own abilities, talents, creativity, and potential\u2014so you can face the reality of how you love, in the best way possible. You won\u2019t receive instructions on love, but rather inspiration and encouragement to put into practice what you already carry within.<\/p>\n

There is no fixed schedule. Once you have access to the content, you\u2019re free to enjoy the experience at your own pace.\u00a0You\u2019ll receive new material every two days<\/strong>\u2014including audio lessons, inspiring artists, activities, photography prompts, and recommended music\u2014for a total of 16 sessions<\/strong>. Reading, listening to, and viewing each session\u2019s materials takes about 10\u201315 minutes. You decide when to go through them and when to create the suggested images and activities.<\/p>\n

Reflect on how you love\u2014and how others love you\u2014by initiating more personal, authentic processes of growth, communication, and creativity.<\/p>\n

I invite you to embark on this experience with an open and curious mind. Set aside any biases or judgments as you step into this journey of self-discovery\u2014without the need to immediately accept or reject anything. Embrace each message you receive, and enjoy yourself on a journey through your emotions, mysteries, strength, and life. I encourage you to reflect on how you love, how you are loved, and how you decide to love.<\/p>\n

Love is an action verb. Each day, we\u2019ll explore an action connected to the will to love. In every action, you\u2019ll find an audio clip with reflections, insights from philosophy and psychology, music, and contemporary artists who will inspire a related activity or exercise.<\/p>\n

        Psychologist, educator, and researcher in photography and personal development.<\/strong>\u00a0Co-director of ANDANA and creator of this experience.<\/p>\n

        Communicator with over 20 years of experience in community intervention and social integration through artistic tools. Her work focuses on exploring photography as a strategy to boost creativity, foster self-knowledge, and improve emotional well-being.<\/p>\n

        Through specialized training in\u00a0Mindfulness for Children and Adults and a Master\u2019s Degree in Psychotherapy: Third-Generation Therapies<\/strong>, she has developed this innovative methodology that combines Personal Development and Photography to foster introspection, authenticity, and personal transformation. Her work as a communicator extends through articles, courses, and masterclasses on the connection between psychology and the image.<\/p>\n

        In collaboration with Javier Sancho Boils, Amparo founded ANDANA, a project that combines photography and personal development. Since 2015, they have been leading workshops that use photography as a tool for personal and social development for various organizations and government entities.<\/p>\n
