Understanding who we are and what we can achieve with that knowledge is essential for achieving happiness.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the workshop Photography to Get to Know Yourself, you will explore photography as a powerful tool for self-discovery and personal expression and development, guided by a theoretical framework rooted in psychology and the creative processes of contemporary art.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this workshop, you will learn about visual culture and study artists who have dedicated their lives to crafting compelling and transformative work. You will develop the skills to express yourself through images and create meaningful photographs in a personal and intimate process.<\/span><\/p>\n

The provided exercises will guide you through this journey, helping you stay focused on what you will explore.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through personal experience, you will discover that your photographs can be a starting point for more authentic personal growth and creative processes.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

There is no fixed schedule\u2014once you have access to the content, you can go through it at your own pace. Starting May 20, you will receive 24 sessions (on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until June 29).<\/strong> Each session includes audio training, where the instructor explores the lives and work of inspiring artists, along with photography exercises and music recommendations. Only 10\u201315 minutes per day is enough to listen, read, and watch the content. You are in full control of when you access the materials and create your images.<\/span><\/p>\n

This new version has been completely revised and enriched to offer a deeper, more current, and transformative experience. It incorporates insights from contemporary psychology, philosophy, and neuroscience, explaining how the body and brain actively participate in the process of creating and perceiving images.<\/p>\n

This workshop now includes better-structured exercises, step-by-step guides, key questions, and concrete examples to support personal exploration. We\u2019ve added artistic and cultural references that broaden the visual and symbolic context, and each module now ends with reflections that invite you to continue your journey of self-knowledge beyond the workshop.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve placed special emphasis on developing a personal visual narrative, using meaning, editing images, and giving them a title as tools to help integrate what has been experienced. This training isn\u2019t a repetition\u2014it\u2019s an evolution: an opportunity to look at yourself again with new eyes.<\/p>\n

        Psychologist, educator, and researcher in photography and personal development.<\/strong> Co-director of ANDANA and creator of this experience.<\/p>\n

        Communicator with over 20 years of experience in community intervention and social integration through artistic tools. Her work focuses on exploring photography as a strategy to boost creativity, foster self-knowledge, and improve emotional well-being.<\/p>\n

        Through specialized training in Mindfulness for Children and Adults and a Master\u2019s Degree in Psychotherapy: Third-Generation Therapies<\/strong>, she has developed this innovative methodology that combines Personal Development and Photography to foster introspection, authenticity, and personal transformation. Her work as a communicator extends through articles, courses, and masterclasses on the connection between psychology and the image.<\/p>\n

        In collaboration with Javier Sancho Boils, Amparo founded ANDANA, a project that combines photography and personal development. Since 2015, they have been leading workshops that use photography as a tool for personal and social development for various organizations and government entities.<\/p>\n
